    Not knowing anything about your T. What condition is the wiring in? Bad power cables from the battery to starter can create a large voltage drop when cranking and in turn drop enough while pulling the amps for the starter which can cause the ignition circuit to not see what it needs for voltage...

    In and out laterally. If you are staring directly at the axle shaft end and you push in and then pull out. I measured it with my dial indicator.

    Yes Bill you probably would have and thank you. Rich we were the purchaser, the seller backed out of the sale after he received our check that we over-nighted. Think it perhaps was fraud. Who knows. I can't figure out how to delete this post so people keep commenting
