I have Kontio Classics under my ´50 Convertible. Don't look that nice and badly out of round. Impossible to get them run like they should. Should shave them get them round.
Kontio also has Vintage model which looks much better , but quality , I don't know...
Previously I did use Cokers , well...
In my 3x2 Flathead it was pain to change jets for primary(center), so I put those adjustable
ones in. With A/F meter adjusting was easy and it has stayed same for years. No complaints.
Your results may vary.... BTW , my opinion is that adjusting without good A/F meter is waste of time....
Thanks Pete and Ronnie to give solid opinion about this thing. Those should clear the myth.
From two gentlemen who know thing or two about these things .....
Awesome Cabover ! You have done a great job. Is that sleeper from 60`s ? If the chassis is from truck how did you solve the steering ? I'm thinking that steering column is much more further front than in truck. Complicated linkage or what ?
Powermaster has made new alternator that have cast iron ends and is made for fan use.
Both short and regular ones , even fake cut off box on top of that thing. Will be available during this winter. Looks great to my opinion. I bet its not cheap , but nothing is nowadays !
