Lets see some photos of different fabric choices in original or restored 32 Deluxe Coupes. Trying to decide on Mohair, Bedford Cord or Broadcloth for a project. Which one do you prefer and why?

Don't do anything to the metal tabs. Make a long screw driver type tool to reach down through top of opening in door. Twist against the rubber to remove old and to install new rubber. Once the tool is made it is easy to do.

A length of 8 7/8" seems to work ok. Don't know if this length is available but a longer rod can be shortened and welded. With some careful filing no one will know.

Here is my "Pieced together restoration" retirement project. It lacks a few correct pieces but has correct 32 v8. After owning original frame for over 50 years, found I had matching # transmission, all junk except for the case! Car is owner built to this point. Metal work is my "golf game"...
