Run the car for a little while then use the spanner available from the parts manufacturers. It works every time.

Drove mine today, in 32 degrees, but here in Australia, that is serious sunburn territory, you must have a hat and suncream. Mine is a 22 tourer, Canadian chassis with an Australian built body, running on coils, a commutator and a 6 volt battery.
