    Thanks Guys for all the commets and the pic of the designer of the heads. the engine was built by my Dad late 50 early 60 and was put in a MG TD were it sat for many years, then we removed it from the TD and put it away. sold the car in the 90's. now it's time to let someone else own the engine...

    Why not use a quality breakin oil like Brad Penn 30W breakin, also Joe Gibbs has a breakin that works great also. there is no reason to take a chance.
