Thanks for all your help !
I do have a 5.5 head on a fairly strong engine.
I do not plan to run an overdrive.
Running a 354 may be a good fit for me.
Thanks. Tom
Hello all
I am considering changing from a 378 to a 354 rear end
In my Tudor sedan. What are the positives and negatives
Of the switch ? Is it worth all the work involved to make the change ?
Thanks Tom

I just got my brakes back from Randy last week.
They work great !
I shipped them by UPS. It took about a week each way.
I shipped them in 4 boxes from Lowes. Each box was 16x12x12
Randy was very quick rebuilding them. Excellent work.
Shipped from WV.

I Bought a set of tires like yours this spring and have put 2000 miles on them.I run 35lbs of air. I also put 4 oz of beads in each tube. My tudor rides and handles very well ! I did set the toe-in to 1/16 inch. Do not see any tire wear yet. Very pleased with the tires
Has anyone on the forum used the Vintage Brake Floaters on the front brakes of their A ? If so how were the results ?
Would it be better to install Flathead Teds Floaters on front and rear?
Some say original setup should work fine. Info from anyone that used Vintage brake floaters or Flathead...
It looks like I have 1 of only 560 A engines produced in 1934. I got this engine from a man whose Dad had an oil and gas company. His Dad was going to use it on a gas well bailing machine but never used it. It sat in a barn loft for many years.
Thanks for all the info
Tom
