I eliminated the tube by putting a 1965 289 PCV in the same draft tube hole and ran a hose from it to the base of the carb. (I put a Edelbrock 4 barrel intake and carb on it)

I was there. I went out the way we came in (of course going the wrong way) we left early enough to not get caught. (not that they would do anything) There is some thought given to move the show so that arriving and departing are less stressful.

Hey '37 Coupe, I just had the same problem when I put a reproduction wheel on my '39. Here is the deal. If you have the horn button and rod out it wont rub. Make sure that you have the correct headlight/horn switch secured properly down by the steering box. That is the reason why mine rubbed...

There is a young fellow by the name of "Buzz" P in the Washingto DC group that has owned his '36 Conv Sedan since 1936. I believe he still has some of the original tires on it.
