    Radiator baffle plate?

You do not have to do major surgery if you're missing a baffle. Move your overflow tube to the middle slide this cone over the top. push it back to the side (this is to avoid a motometer stem). You might also get a thicker gasket. https://www.instagram.com/p/CFfNec1ntEm/

    Fan Shroud helpful?

A Model a fan shroud is not a detriment at higher speed. There is ample space to evaculate air when the Model A is moving down the road. Go on ebay and you'll see scores of fan shrouds that trap air and cause heat soak.

    Formed Relief

Embossing metal with ribs or stiffening beads creates a stronger part from a thinner gauge of metal. Some comments are correct; it does make it stronger, it does make it look more authentic, it does take a little more time .

Pressurized Radiator cap for `30 Model A?

Caps are standard sizes for standard necks. For Model A blocks using pressure, 4psi is recommends. The shallow brass cup and fiber board design of a bayonet style cap in a non pressure will hold ~3.5psi and a threaded cap like the 28-29 can hold >20psi. Conventional pressure caps have the...

Radiator Cap Won't fit into the grill shell

Good Grief. I re-read my reply and your reply. I will try to be clearer for you. I am not in a position from 8,000 miles away to tell you the exact cause of a leak in a radiator made 9 years ago. To do so would be as you say, "BS." What I can tell you is the following; rust does not come...

    New Radiator Opinions

Not sure how you took away that we do not make radiators. It's what we do. We traded numerous emails and I explained how they were made in by Ford and how we make them and why a number of things were "curious" in your description of this radiator constructed in late 2013. I am sorry you had a...

    1934 Ford Pickup Radiator

Sorry we lost your vote. 1. There is no listing for a truck radiator on their website, just a car. You can remove your OE brackets and affix them to that radiator we just don't know why you'd want to. 2. The Johnson radiator core is a serpentine construction. This far more profitable to...

    radiator

Yes, a cheap aluminum POS is bound to be problem free. Another tip is to order a larger radiator when you can or at least know how to measure.
