    '26-'27 Model T Roadster Firewall ?

Guys, I just got a real '26-'27 T Roadster body that is missing the firewall, I was told that a '26-'27 coupe or sedan firewall would fit but wanted to verify before I go to the effort of removing it from a coupe cowl in the junk yard. Can anyone verify? Thanks

Shortening a '34 Torque tube to fit a stock late scalloped '32 rear axle-Stock frame?

Well, I actually got lucky with the help of the Ford Barn and the torques tube and driveshaft had already been cut down to work in a '32 Ford, 53" 3/8 length on the tube, installed the engine and transmission last weekend and it fit perfectly.

'32-'34 Clam Shell-U joint covers cork gasket? What am missing?

Has any body used a good gasket sealer on the outside lip on the back side where the torque tube U joint cover mated with the torque tube? I have a shortened '34 torque tube and the speedo location makes it almost impossible to get that cork gasket into that groove.

'32-'34 Clam Shell-U joint covers cork gasket? What am missing?

So the cork gasket kinda presses between the torque tube clam and the U joint cover portion when they bolt together? Could I use some gasket sealer instead of the cork because that is going to be a pain to hold it in place. Just trying to get a visual before I install the engine/transmission...

'32-'34 Clam Shell-U joint covers cork gasket? What am missing?

I don't see a groove in either of these to install the cork gasket like I would in the later style clam shell post '35 and newer clam shell.
