Yeah, the fan was still on the shaft, the pulley separated from the fan. I’ll be keeping a closer eye on this fan as I probably would have noticed the old one cracking before it finally completely failed.

Any pointers for separating the rear hub and drum on the style that the hub is on the outside of the drum ? The Hubs are good shape but the drums need replacement. Thanks for any tips.

I emailed Dave. He only sells the kit and wouldn’t just do or sell a shaft.

Also do you know of moser re-hardens the shaft.
