    8BA block cracked

The tiny crack from the water jack to the head bolt hole is very easy to fix. The pan rail crack though. WHEW. Sent from my LM-K500 using Tapatalk

What a testament to how prevalent and plentiful these cars were. Lol. I wish we could all go back in time with hindsight. What a different world it would be. Sent from my LM-K500 using Tapatalk

I finally saw one of these elusive 1938 V8s with a 21 stud in person. It threw me for a moment. Very cool vehicle that solidifies the history. Sent from my LM-K500 using Tapatalk

Correct Carb for my 1940 Ford

I am also intrigued. I believe this is a zinc coating that was not used on the carburetors until later in the 1960s. I am not sure. Excited for any answer. Sent from my LM-K500 using Tapatalk

This restorations will certainly take quite a while to complete, but I am committed to trying my hand. I have built many engines and am working towards becoming transmission proficient. Anyway, I am in Northern Utah and I am the new proud owner of a 1941 Tudor Sedan in Lochaven Green. I know...
