Anyone know of a mediocre upholstery shop in the Northwest Chicago Suburbs. I'm not doing a restoration but I had to disassemble my Tudor seat to replace the wood frame and now it needs to be recovered. I want a cheap vinyl upholstery until I'm ready to actually Restore the interior. Any ideas?

Contemplating purchasing a 31 A that has no title. To get a title from the state (IL) I believe I need the VIN off of the car. Can someone where to find this on an A? Is it on the firewall? I'm going to look at the car tomorrow so I haven't had a chance to look for myself yet.
