Can anyone provide insight on how the hinges are configured - different front to rear, narrow hinge on top, large on bottom? Anything?

So i have a Touring car I am working on the door alignment is terrible. But it seems like the hinges are not correct. All 4 doors have the exact hinge in all 8 locations - is this correct or what should they look like. I forgot my pics at home but I can upload later if showing what I have is...

Also, looking for hinges too. My Touring hinges seem to be messed up.

Looking for a good rear panel - may just have to go with Howells panel. Also, looking for a top mechanism for the Touring car. I can fab pieces but looking for generally complete top to start with. Thank you!
