Terry...Looks like a 2 Dr. Sedan seat back which would not work on a 4 door.

I think these are not door latch cover blocks, but are wedge shaped block that attaches to small block shown on lower side of quarter window. You can see the two wood screw holes on that block in your picture. If that is what they are, the should be one half to three quarters thick at one end...
