Just a thought. Be sure your gas cap is venting properly. Sometimes the cork gasket around the inner rim covers the vent holes as they compress. I trimmed mine back a fair bit to clear the holes. I check it regularly as it can rotate when tightening down the gas cap. These fuel systems work on...
