This has probably been asked before. Has any member converted their steering to power on a 54 with a 239 using a borgeson steering box and pump? If so what issue should I be aware of?

Old school. Remove the cable from the sheath, clean it with a solvent, wipe it down with some powdered graphite and replace.

Three years ago I picked up (what I thought was my 54 bumpers) from a central ny chromer and put them in storage. Unwraped them this past Nov. only to find they are someone elses 55-56. Is it possible someone has my 54 bumpers still in storage as I did. If you picked up 55-56 around Sept 2022...

this has probably been hashed before. has anybody bought longer rear shocks for a 1954 ford in order to make it easier to istall radials.
