I'm not going to give up on it. Runs too good. The adapters should be in tomorrow and I can run a compression check on it.

I don't know how old the build is on the motor. I haven't done a compression check. I am waiting for the adapter to come in. It runs too good for the compression to be very low. But with a motor, anything may be wrong. I have heard about putting ****** fluid to each cylinder, but this is the...

I have been using 40 weight oil. Time for an oil change. Will change to 20w-50 and see if that helps.

Yep it sure will. I have seen it down to the add mark. One qt low. About 50 miles. I put oil in before it gets that low.
