did it fit while it was on? Mine is about 3/4" short in the back due to shrinkage.. or rather the previous owner left the top down too long. And I am too new to tell - but is this for a standard or deluxe... and does it make a difference?

I have seen the charts stating what colors where used in different years.. but when did a "year" start? Today, next years model are available in late summer. Was this the same back in the Model A days? Is it possible to have a late year 1928 Model A with a color combination from 1929 that...

yikes on the testing. similar for me. but i used an L bracket steel with all the holes in it. bolted it to the body bolts, then used a grade 8 L bracket on each far side for the belt, and bolted directly to the L bracket in the middle for the other side of the belt. didn't cut the pan.

I just finished seatbelts in my 28 roadster for driver/passenger and rumble seat.
