    1928 Model A Sedan

Lots of projects & a lack of storage space forces me to sell my best barn find ever! The car was last registered in 1955 & the lisc plate matches the 1955 registration paperwork & title that was with the car! This car was in the same family from new until I bought is last fall. Around 1960-61...

A Tribute to Paul Garagan, Rumble seat.

Every time I run across this photo of Garrigan, I have to chuckle. It speaks volumes about his sense of humor.

A Tribute to Paul Garagan, Rumble seat.

Yesterday. Holmes called to tell me the bad news, that our buddy Paul Garrigan had passed away. "rumble seat" was out for a putt in his beloved roadster & hit a lamp pole. It's believed that he was stricken with a massive heart attack as he went thru the intersection, just before the crash.

    marvel mystery oil

I toss a couple oz in every time I tank up. I seem to have less vapor-locking issues on hot, humid days. I have one of the old MMO Oilers that were sold in the 50's. Uses vacuum to draw a bit of oil into the cylinders as you run down the road. This device purportedly stops carbon build up &...

    Bob Drake - why overseas?

I give Bob credit for getting parts out of China that have decent quality & not going broke in the process. I work for an OEM & MOST of the parts we get from Asia end up costing a ton of cash to get reworked for use in production. Spotty quality, poor Eng support, & unauthorized material...
