    Bad gas?

My all stock A ran perfect last time I drove it. It has been resting for 3 months. Drove today and it misses and backfires . You guys think my gas has become bad or should I check for other problems. I forgot to add anything to thr gas when I parked it . Any ideas will be appreciated. Ron

    window crank trick

I had to cut a little bit off of the spring. I think it was one coil of the spring. After that it went together fine and I've not had any problems with it .

    Starter motor fuse?

    Golden Brow Whitewalls

My Dad's A had the same problem. After trying everything I used Harley Davidson white wall cleaner. It turned them snow white. Only need to use it maybe 3 times a year. You can only buy it at the dealer. Costs less than $15

When I did my brake job I replaced every part, and I do mean every part which was quit the big bucks. I had the same problem. The solution was to pack all the drums, hubs, linings, etc. and send them to a professional ( Brattons) and have them turn the drums and arc the shoes to perfectly match...

I put Firestones on my 30 coupe and they rub the same way. I just kinda learned to live with it. Can't wait to look at Bratton's diagram. Good info here!
