How do I remove the rear wheel bearing snap ring? I have 4 different snap ring pliers (2 internal & 2 external) and none work.

The car came with 2 spares - 1 on each front fender. I didn't see the wisdom of keeping 10 year old spares to use if there was a problem with 1 of my new tires.

Unfortunately, I no longer have the old tires. I disposed of them at the town dump. I know that they were at least 10 years old. Websites suggest not using tires older than 10 years.

Yes Firestone. I never inflated them over 35 PSI.

These tires were Firestone. This time I bought Goodyears with the diamond tread pattern

Recently, while my wife and I were on a short trip around town, a man admiring our car pointed out this split in one of my car's tires. I had just washed & waxed the car but hadn't yet cleaned the whitewalls. If I had done so, there's no way that I could have missed this. The crack in the...

Thanks to everyone who replied. I decided to take my car's spindles to a local machine shop, where they removed the old bushings, pressed in new ones & reamed them out so there was .001 of an inch clearance around new king pins. Worked perfectly! King pins slid in easily but are just snug...

I'd like to replace my Roadster's vinyl trunk with a metal one. Does anyone know of a vendor? Ideally, I'd also like to get it painted to match the car's body color. Any ideas?

Price On Application in EUROS or, in other words - we'll tell you how much if you're really interested.

Thanks to everyone for the replies. I had already found the items on Ford's family in Ireland, the factory in Cork, and the Model "T" club, but nothing about any Model "A" Club. I do know of at least one "A" in Ireland though. Check out this ad for one for sale in Dublin...

Does anyone know of a Model "A" club in Ireland?

Mitch/PA Now I get it. CAPE is my good buddy Joe. In the group picture, he's the guy with the big smile at the left edge of the banner, just to the right of the lady in the red jacket.

To Mitch/PA: We are all CAPE in the group picture - even though only a few are native Cape Codders, and the rest of us are known as WASHASHORES no matter how long we've lived here. To Synchro909: The Lobsters and Lighthouses tour was a MAFCA National Tour hosted by the...
