    Back firing and lugging

    I have a 1929 Roadster Pick-up everything runs good down the road until I get past about 35 or 40 and if I try to get down on it (press the accelerator more) it backfires and acts like it is starving for fuel, I have cleaning out the fuel bowl and it is not the gas cap, loosening it or taking it...
