I had a mysterious knock,rattle also, so I dropped the pan to ck. the rod bearings & found them O.K. But when I lowered the pan I found this shroud around the oil pump. Put the pan back up without the shroud & rattle, knock went away. Found out later it was added to the 31 model.

Need 2 tube shock links. No insides needed

It will show above full. But the best way is to start empty, add one gallon then set gauge on empty. So it doesn't matter what it shows on full, you'll know you have a gallon left when it shows empty. Time to filler up.

Yes I disassembled & noticed a small set screw, won't turn, on the back side. Thanks for the instructions. Red
