The frame matches the motor and title! I removed paint with an X-acto knife, then used a Dremel tool with fine 1" wire wheel to clean surface to bare metal. Numbers show clearly. To finish, I clear coated the VIN and repainted surrounding area to match the frame. Thanks again everyone!
