Hello, now a few months later, i have the time to change the distributor, oil pump and the carburetor. Now i have the problem that the oil pump drive shaft is too short( it is 8.16") Could someone say me the correct lenght that i need? Regards Dieter

Thanks for the answer. The Problem is, that in Europe the Most People work on GM Cars. Ford only Mustang. Y-Block was not popular here because Parts are expensive and hard to get, but i like Ford Cars. Greetings Dieter
