    Thanks, FortyNiner. I'll be pulling out the motor today and try to determine which wire is which. My fear is that the wires are unmarked inside the motor. On the outside, all the wires appear to be the same color!

    My '47 heater looks like the photo posted by petehoovie. I'm in the process of restoring it. The photos posted by meric42 are quite helpful, but if he could email me the higher resolution photos he has, that would be great. My other issue is, all the motor wires have been cut off at the wire...

    6 volt to 12 volt conversion

    Mice

    I use sticky traps and place them along the walls, under cabinets, etc. The trick is, to keep debris off the pad. Mice run the floor next to the walls and get stuck.
