    Model A insurance coverage

Try your home owners coverage as well, that might be a covered event even if not in your garage

1930 Roadster on ebay. Thoughts please.

I looked at this car before it was sold to the ebay seller. I passed on it at 7,500. the car was in a tight dark garage so only used flash light. In a nutshell, the body seemed good, paint was fair. interior ok. Top needed work. owner could not recall last time it ran, could have been many many...

    Pickup Leg Room Needed

On my pickup, i also removed the seat back as above. I also took the seat springs and compressed them about an inch or so and held with zip ties. I would some day like to try the suppliers lower seat springs. The zip tied springs sometimes get a bit to hard to sit on. I have to admit with those...

    Windshield rattle/ vibration

Bob Just a few noodle idea's. Get one that matches your wheels or body color. Once you cut the length you want you can slit it up the whole side to the center . Then you can slip it over the Shifter and it stores easy there. PG

    Windshield rattle/ vibration

Bob is correct. I have a 30 ccpu and have the same rattle. Did not know about the tooth pick trick but will try that today, I also have cut a pool noodle and use it as a shim to keep window open and take stress/rattle off the open window. PG

The Terry Burtz 5 main bearing engine blocks are back on track.

Why did this turn into a political discussion. The post is about a 5 main bearing engine block. It would be nice to keep it about the engine and what it can do and acheive.

Will I fit in a Roadster??

I have a 30 closed cab pickup. Just a few tweaks and you have lots of room. The seat i used zip ties on the springs and lowered it about 1 1/2”. The back rest i took out and used 1/4” plywood and 2 inch foam and recovered with black Vinyl. Lots of headroom and leg room now. Paul

    Insurance for the Pickup

I insured mine just Like TerryH stated. I did not like the restrictions in coverages from the specialty policies. I drive my 30PU everywhere and did not want to have to worry about a loss being excluded because I went to a box store and parked where I cant see the truck. PG
