Are the rear seats the same in a 1937 four door and two door?

I have a kit that was made to add a transmission on a TT truck, is complete with the short drive shaft, tube, transmission support, transmission the only thing missing is the universal joints. They are different. Anyone have information, pictures, or know where I could get them?
