I finally got time to work on the car. Carb in nice shape, but carb plugged with tank rust. Cleaned it out. Replaced really sour gas in tank. Tank definitely has lots of rust scale. Spliced a fuel filter in fuel line. I think I will replace coolant. Looks light on antifreeze. Reassembled...

Finally got the car home. It appears to be very nice. No time to do any work on it right now, maybe next week. I will say, the interior cloth material is the cheapest, thinnest material I have ever seen. It needs to go, even if it wasn't water stained.
