Very eerie to watch , the update and restoration makes it seem more contemporary and not as old. There are similar films of Japan right after the end of WW2 and very early in the occupation . This kind of thing is beyond interesting and is like time travel to me.

Very comprehensive and well engineered kit but at the end of the day at $25-$27k it doesn't make a lot of sense. Plus in 10 or 15 years ( or less ? ) that battery pack will need to be replaced and what will that cost ? But it is cool and I would love to drive it ...

I have a Vevor unit , large enough to swallow up a Holley 4 bbl carb. I use it for carburetors , greasy parts . nuts and bolts , anything that needs cleaning that will fit . I have used Pine Sol for carburetors , dish washing pods , Dawn , it all works. I run it on the 70 centigrade setting...

Not a fan of electric cars for several reasons but this thing is COOL ! Probably a lot of fun to build and a complete blast to drive . A very unique and completely enjoyable car . Nice job .

Optima battery quality has been hit and miss lately . As mentioned is other posts a battery minder of some type and a cut off switch help with battery life . For the Optimas I have had them last anywhere from 3 to 9 years.

Lay the tire down and Let a 50/50 mix of bleach and water sit on the spot for 5 minutes or so then scrub and rinse . If that doesn't work try sanding that area with some 320 wet sandpaper . The sanding will not damage the tire. That will remove the stained area and expose the clean surface...
