    starter woes

You have power going to ground [short] somewhere. A ground from frame to engine/transmission is a good thing, or should be a good thing. You are picking up power somewhere you shouldn't be.

    Brake Adjustment - Confusion

I think it's simple. Been working on this stuff for 60 years, born a dealership. I'm one that uses a brake board. I also like 50/50. Mine will lock the brakes at 30-35 MPH. Radiator boiling over

Not much info to go on. But, the problem is usually the radiator itself. You may be able to take to a radiator shop and have clean it. Or , you buy a new one. Late 31 rear axle cotter pin question

if the cotter is too long, just snip it off. I think 125 # is too much. 80-90# is fine, then tighten until the cotter drops in which will be around the 100# range. The tapers should be clean and dry.

One good reason for turn signals

I adapted an extra tail light to a third stop light and leather strapped it on the spare tire. With LEDs these 3 lights are bright.

One good reason for turn signals

40 years ago I got tired of getting the single finger salute from all the soccer moms. People do not know or care about hand signals. So, the Parks, Cowls and Brake lights became LED Turns.

Zerks on Clutch and Break Pedals

As Bob said, the original press in type, just pull them out. If they have been changed to screw in style just unscrew them. lefty loosey
