Bob, from what a few of the guys in our club said, my 31 Vicky was made in the US. All the screws are slotted, not Robinson like some of their’s, that were built in Canada have. It has a blank tag on the firewall. The body and fenders were painted and a new top about 15 years or so. Regards PaulB
