    Model B Carb. on a Model A - pros & cons ?

I have a B Carb on my speedest, along with a B Head. I had a local machine shop bore out the A manifold. it runs well and stops well. A well adjusted A card was replaced. How you drive and how you adjust your system will provide a increase in horse power. The B intake manifolds I found were to...

    Who installs "your" tires?

My Local Discount Tire Dealer had my tires and tubes shipped to them for the same price, installed my stems and mounted them for free. I even purchased replacement insurance. I'm sure not all stores can do this , but they did a great job.

Timing cover fill of oil and timing off

Thank You Mike V., I just have a timing problem, it jumps time, I think the Cam is not engaging the the upper shaft fully, it has a new cam and screw @. The cam is moving both forward and backward, I hit the upper shaft with a tool to rough it up but may need to replace.

Timing cover fill of oil and timing off

When I went to start my S/W I had to pull my lever down all the way to start. SO I went to retime the system. When I removed the timing pin I found oil on the end on pin. This car had not be started in a year. I think that the gaskets are all shot. Not a good engine guy.
