All suggestions are valid, but really, it is not hard to change points and condenser with distributor on the engine. That said, keep repeating application of penetrating oil, and just replace points, and eventually distributor should free up, in the mean time you are enjoying the car. KISS!

Have you tried turning the gas valve mixture counter clockwise to give it a richer mixture?

Victorias and slant windows require the extra brackets installed on the later frames theses will fit earlier models

We in California have the worst gas for old cars. However, I have added Any transmission fluid to gas just before filling up with name brand gas, and am over six or seven years sitting without a problem restarting. Cheap, AND it works!
