    C-4 pan gasket material

Your pan may be distorted. Check for flange flatness, especially around the bolt holes. I always use a skim of sealer around the gasket - cork or rubber. Good luck.

    Intake Questions

Is that rust through holes that I see? Take a body pick hammer and tap all around. Loosen all of the scale to determine wall thickness that is remaining... You may get lucky and and be able to get by with a skim coat of silicone on the new gaskets to make it leakproof.

    Intake Questions

I have done different things to the Y block manifold. Have taped off all ports and sandblasted the outer surfaces. Also chemically dipped the complete bare assembly. Run compressed air to blow out all passages. Chase all threads, prime, paint, etc. and she will look like a million bucks. Both...

    Distributor machine flathead adapter

Bubba, With all due respect, I get the feeling that you do not know how the Sun distributor tester is set up for flathead adapters, look under your fixture and you will see a pin. That pin fits in the hole in clamping jaws on machine. OK, next look at the ends of the metal shaft in your adapter...

    Distributor machine flathead adapter

Jake, that would be awesome! Bubba, it is the one on the right, except mine has knurled aluminium knobs. What I need is the slot orientation for the fixture's shaft. What is with the extra holes where the vacuum brake port is located? Is it grease? Tom

I have machined (slotted) the distributor tang end of shaft. The Sun machine's chuck end of shaft needs...
