I have 5.9 Brum head and extra hp (65) I have elec ign. I have used 6 volt light for timing since 2000 , years ago found using timing pin always close but using timing light and markers you will be surprised how much it can differ. Have fun modelAtony tony white Lafayette, LA

Since 2000 have always put a 20 ft lbs then backed off to hole . I average about 1500 miles per month, all has been good . I see MR. Bill does 10 lbs close enough for me , sounds good. I think you might see the 20 lbs in red and blue books. Have fun modelAtony tony white Lafayette, LA

Told to me by tire maker. In the past dot was put for mounting stem, many years ago. For many years now the colored dots are for quality control only. The correct way is use the brand name and center your valve stem. info from Kelsey, Universal,Coker and cooper tire. Have fun modelAtony...
