Looks like they found something for the kids/grandkids to do. The guy down the street got his daughter a practical volvo wagon to drive when she turned 16. She made it hers. Painted it in hand prints, happy faces, suns, flowers etc. Why not.

I think that is likely the case here as well. If it was all put together it might make sense to try and jar it loose. I just need to clear some time and space to do it right and take it apart. A little busy at work right now. Not likely to be anytime soon.
