1938-39 trucks as well as 1935 cars share the same buckets. Mounting stands are different. My Dad "borrowed " one of my perfect lightbucket off my 39 truck for his 35 Roadster back in the day .. Cant help you on the conversion ..

I have a few i have collected over the years . Some all chrome ,some red ,blue or natural brass color . 60 ,85 and 95 . I had one with a blank horsepower circle. I got it in Canada and sold to a guy in Australia.
