I bought a new flasher from snyders, turn signal kit and 6 volt led lights. hope this fixes the problem. will know in a few days.

6 volt system. Flasher still good. I seem to think it is the ground but everything shows 6.5 volts until I go to the turn signal lights which show 1 volt. The turn signal lights are in my cowl lights

Rewired back of my 31. We are getting brake lights and 3rd brake lights. We are getting 6.25 volts on everything but turn on turn signals and we get 1 volt and no turn signals.

I agree with gdmn852. I have restored several cars in my life time and although they cost me a lot, I had fun and enjoyed doing so. Either way that you go , having a Model A is a lot of fun and some headaches.Good luck with your venture.

Actually they call them by both names, depending on who you are talking to, or when looking them up. The name confused me at first also.

Those were the ones I bought but from another company. They are 7 inch and I need 9 inch. They help you with knowing if you left your headlights on or not according to other model a people.

Evidently they are as several model A people are using them. Our police are more concerned about newer vehicles vs older cars. Most of the time if an older car is pulled over it is because they want to look at it and take pictures. I know this for sure especially when they see my 28 roadster.

I drive my 2 A's regularly to town. Our town is very small where I live. Welcome, NC with a Lexington, NC address. My 28 roadster gets more looks than my 31 Tudor but I am sure that is because my 28 is better looking, paint, upholstery, etc. I get stopped constantly.

The horn on my 31 Tudor has a mind of it's own. It works on and off when it wants too. . I took it off the car and cleaned it up. Oiled the pads and readjusted it for sound. The brushes look new. In 2015 I bought my 28 Roadster. I paid $16,000 and will have invested another $16,000 by time my Mitchell overddrive and synchro mesh transmission is installed. I probably would be lucky to get $20,000 for it. Yet it is insured for $26,000. Go figure.

That kit is not for the back seat to rumble seat lid.
