Can anyone tell me why some 37's have cutout in the firewall for the battery and some don't.

I'm interested in the windshield frame. What condition is it in? Is it Chrome or painted, rusty?

I measured both sides from the cowl to the top corners of the grill. They are within a 1/8" of each other. You can see in the pictures that the hood touches the top of the grill at the nose. Is it possible to lower the font of the grill by racking it down with would close the gap along the side...

I have a 37 coupe. The gap between the hood and the side panel on the drivers side is 1/8" the length of the hood. looks good. On the passenger side starting at the centerline of the grill it goes from nothing to 3/8" in just the length of the grill and continues at 3/8" all the way to the end...

I'm the guy that bought the 37 coupe. I found the serial number on the frame and I just want to thank all you guys for helping me out with your input.
