I've read in the Model A judging standards that the underside of the 1931 running boards should be finnished in a rubberized matt or flat black coating. Just wondering what others of you may know about this and what you have used to achive favorable results. Thans , Scott

I'm reassembling my 31 roadster and have come to installing the cowl lights. I'm wondering if I need to use a rubber pad or grommet like the 28-29. I don.t see any in the parts catalogs? Thanks , Scott

The front brake actuating arms on my 31 roadster are at about 10 to 12 degrees forward when the brakes are ajusted properly, and I'm thinking about using shims or "pills" to bring them to 15 degrees forward . Would one shim be enough , or should I consider another route? Also I'm told the shim...

O K ....started the the car today , then shut it off and got my -10 discharge , so I went foward and loosened the generator to slacken the fan belt and low and behold the generator starts spinning. Thanks again for everyone for helping me through my issues , would have been a long road without...

O K Tom ,I couldn't wait till tomorrow so I started the car, then shut it off and got my -10 draw , so I unhook generator and draw stops! Bad cutout ? can I remove the cutout and do further testing or repair? Do I just replace? Also after reconnecting the generator wire the draw does not...
