I believe if the radius ball has the rubber ball over it, it wouldn't have the springs. Look at both the kits from the vendors. The original has the springs and the rubber ball kit does not, if I remember right.

I'm going to replace the service brake cross shaft bushings on my '31. I was wondering what the diameter of the shaft, where the bushing go, should be to safely use the standard 2 piece bronze bushing. I would want to order a repair kit the same time that I order the bushings if needed. Thank you

I am thinking about replacing my 20 year old Firestone tires on my 31 coupe and looking for the latest recommendations. Tires are not worn out, just old. I would be interested to find out any of your recent experiences purchasing tires. Radials? New tubes? Thank you in advance for any advice.

Thanks for the info. Ground off top of pin and drilled about half way down pin with a 1/8" drill and punched it out the bottom. Not too bad
