I installed a Schneider cam in my 59A using a crab dist. When the crab was installed there was no end play in the rotor shaft. Spent some time bluing and fitting until there was some end play. Fast forward...I sent that distributor out for repaair and installed my spare...didn't fit the key...

I redrilled the top ear and mount. Had to massage the left center tube on my Reds header. Have an S10 trans with Chassis Eng'g x member plates. Maybe Charlie NY method I wouldn't have to massage the header.

Running a Crab distributor from Bubba. Also a 3/4 Schneider cam from Reds Headers. NGK B-6L spark plugs. Echlin coil with internal ballast. Taylor 8mm suppression core wires. Hotton-Sullivan aluminium heads. 4" crank....Arias 3 ring forged pistons.

I struggled for too long with similar afterfire thru exhaust. I have twin 94s, synced linkage, blocked power valves.....started with 50 jets, went to 52s...slight improvement but very white spark plug porcelain. Finally got it running well with 54 jets and backed off the timing to 1 increment...

Found 4 useable trim rings that are included. Make an offer. These need to be used.
