I have a 1937 Crosley Fiver Romeo in my 29 Roadster. I have a 6 volt positive ground RediRad connected to the antenna input. The RediRad will convert input from your phone to an AM signal into the radio. It works pretty good. For some reason I don’t get any ignition interference from the engine.
Looking for a fog light, a Model 85, made by *** light company Los Angeles, CA. Has a amber reflector with a clear lens and a Mazda bulb. Looking for one to match one I have already.
I thought this was interesting. It’s a period dash mounted rheostat that controls the voltage from the 3rd brush to the field windings. It acts as a remote third brush adjuster. A manual voltage regulator...
Wouldn’t the 10-12 amp output of the Ford tractor (NAA and later)one I thought of using be more appropriate with the amperage output of a Model A generator than a 35 amp regulator?
I would only have to make a new terminal off the field wire which was connected to the 3rd brush to the field on the regulator. The armature wire which went to the cutout would go to the armature/gen terminal on the regulator and the battery wire from the other side of the cutout would go to the...
I found a Ford tractor regulator for 6 volt positive ground “B circuit” 10-12 amp output. This might work.
