Well I got the oil pan off and the motor flipped over to check out the oil pan rails for cracks. I got the gasket off and cleaned the rails up good with a wire brush and I looked it over real good and did not see any cracks. Got the two back pistons out number 4 and 8. They came out real easy...

OK well I got the other head off last night and BAM! I was hit with this. I am sure someone will let me know forsure if this can be fixed. One of the valve areas on this side looks REAL bad and it looks like the valves are rusted in thier pretty damn good. Not sure if a machine shop could fix...

I went with classic wood and they shipped out the same day. It was nice wood and fit good. I tried to order from fordwood but they took 3 weeks to just call me back. Plus classic wood was about $100 cheaper.

Can anyone tell me the name of this part? It is the roof support that is in the middle of the roof on a 30 model A tudor sedan that a wood roof bow goes in. I would like to know the proper name for it and also would like to know were I could find one as well. Thanks for any help.
