I have some aftermarket sun-visors made out of the same material as the TT sq cab bottom windshields, I can mark one so you can cut it in the center and take out a very small amount, and cut off one mounting hole on each side and redrill and you will have a new bottom windshield frame, I've sold...

The pan is a Ford only the bottom cover is aftermarket, made by a friend of mine in Quincy Ill

Do you have a straight on shot of where tire mounts, trying to make sure they haven't been run w/flats or w/out tires I need them at the 300.00/4 price if they are ok, you can send photo's to danuser88@ktis.net and I'll be happy to pay freight if you can box them
