A few years on, and the new owner has started a new business, so he decided to sell. I asked if he would give the new owner my details, so I can update thread. Just waiting to hear from him. I had trouble logging in, as its been some time, but I finally remember my log in details. So hopefully...

Sad to add that i sold this truck, but its in good hands. A young diesil mechanic now owns it, and has stripped it back to bare chassis. Hes planning on getting the woodwork in cab fixed, but put it on hold as he just brought a new home.

Wow, great project. Im keen to do an A Speedster someday, and your "inline" style is a different approach. I like it, and look forward to watching your build. Ive also been keen on the water jet for making parts, but not sure if anyone down here has one. Ive seen them on some of those silly car...

I was asked to build one, and when i opened it, (Phaeton) There were two left sides of the body, and no right side. I checked on the model sites, only to be told Hubbly were finished. Shame i didnt find out Gabriel were remaking them. The quality was really bad anyway.

I often think about my little countrys old roads and early motoring. I guess back then, that sort of terrain was the norm, so nearly all use before the 50s was mostly off road. Now days, maybe we baby old cars more, but they can still cut it. I'll bet more than a few here have got their cars...

Slightly moving away from the topic, but does anyone know how many Model A "knockdowns" were exported from Canada?
