Stainless Rocker Mouldings... Concours Parts show them online, no picture, so give them a call and ask questons, I have bought lots of stuff for my 51 from them with good service, I know nothing about the quality or manufacture of these mouldings. just trying to help...

#53 is the same size as 51 but two candle power. sometimes a #55 will fit but slightly larger dia.. Napa Auto Parts has them

Just thinking outloud... cut the sender mounting ring from the old tank & screw it on to the new tank sender mount ring, to use as a guide for enlarging the new tank hole. keep us posted..

A little off subject.. in 1960 I had Milt's body shop paint my 55 Ranch Wagon a Pontiac mahogany color, a beautiful job, he did a complete job, doorjambs firewall and underside of hood as well, total cost $65.00

If at all possible enlarge the hole & use your original sender. you won't be happy with the after market sender.
