one of the intakes is putted on one side. I was wondering if I could just use grinding stone to refresh it I still need pilot and do you need mutply stones for the angle or can on stone it.

I have a 30-31 model a pickup hood in good condition,light surface rust, one vent is bent a little, has been inside for years , never in the weather.
