Thanks all for the inputs, as Bubba recommended i’ve bought a complete distributor just for the flat top cap. Bubba I’ll be in touch to get my Mallory YB 247AX freshened up once I have the cap in hand.

Thanks for your help I’m in Norman OK, the local Napa has a call into the warehouse. They said there are probably none there. Just hoping someone knew of a replacement for the MA5 or MA9, or maybe what else besides the Mallory theses fit.

Looking for help finding a replacement for the NAPA Echlin MA5 cap and MA7 rotor their out of production. Has anyone been able to find a new replacement that fits a Mallory YB 247AX?
